What is Rotary and Who Are We

Rotary is a global service organization made up of volunteers from every profession and background, working together to do good in the world

Rotary is a global service organization made up of volunteers who are united as Rotary Club members under the motto of “Service Above Self”

Members of Rotary Clubs—known as Rotarians—carry out Rotary’s mission. We all come together on a weekly basis, gathering in Fellowship to share ideas, discuss opportunities and find viable solutions. Rotary membership is open to all people, regardless of their profession, faith, political affiliation, or social status. In fact, Rotary thrives in the diversity of its members, their cultures and creativity to find ways to help the local community, as well as the rest of the world.

We also get together to have fun in social events, fundraisers and to celebrate each others’ achievement. After all, we Rotarians are people just like you—People of Action who want to help in making our world a better place. We invite you to discover more about who we are and how we fulfill our purpose.
