Local Rotary Programs
With 48 Rotary Clubs in Central Florida, there are plenty of local programs and initiatives within each of them—and they could use your help
There are no shortage of ideas for helping others but Rotary takes great care in the support of specific programs that meet street requirements and are aligned with our strategic goals.
From the global mission to eradicate Polio from the face of the earth to the efforts of local Rotary Clubs seeking to find solutions to challenges in their local community, Service Above Self is our guiding principle. Every project we undertake is often the result of careful consideration and validation internally, with Rotary Club Board approval to ensure transparency and effectiveness.
You will find a variety of programs at a local level, which are sponsored at a District level or by individual Rotary Clubs, including:
- Dictionary Project for 3rd Graders
- Rotary Youth Exchange (RYE) Program Host Parent
- Rotaract – a Rotary youth program for students who are 18-30 years old
- Interact – a Rotary youth program for students attending High School
- Earlyact – a Rotary youth program for grade school students
- Career Mentorship Programs
